AUTO ASSIST
Toll-free services anywhere in the United States and Canada. 24 hours of the day, every day of the year. There are no limits on the number of service calls per membership term. This service is standard on all warranties.
24 Hour Roadside Assistance Services Include:
TOWING SERVICE: When towing is necessary, the member's disabled vehicle will be towed to any location requested by the member.
BATTERY SERVICE/JUMP START: If a battery failure occurs, a jump start will be applied to start the member's vehicle.
FLAT TIRE ASSISTANCE: Service consists of the removal of a flat tire and its replacement with a spare tire.
FUEL, OIL, FLUID, AND WATER DELIVERY SERVICE: Provides for the delivery of fuel or other fluid needed at the disablement site, when the member has an immediate need. The member must pay for the fuel or other fluid when delivered.
LOCK OUT ASSISTANCE: If a member's keys are locked inside of his/her vehicle, the service will provide for assistance in gaining entry to the member's vehicle.
